Once payment made through your credit card the delivery shall be made after receiving the amount.

Return  and Exchanges

 

TOP HATS COMPANY is proud to provide our customers, with the finest quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it unworn, unlaundered and in new condition within 8 days of the order date on your invoice for a refund.

 

-When you send your item back to us, we'll inspect and process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund.

 

-You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within two weeks of us receiving your return. If the refund does not appear in Your Account after three weeks from the day you have received our refund email, please contact us for further assistance.

 

-Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

 

When requesting an exchange, we cannot guarantee that the exchange item you wish to receive will be available at the time your request is processed. We highly recommend you simply return the item you wish to exchange, and place a new order for the replacement item on our website.
