Returns
- Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of the product by the customer.100% of the cost of the product will be refunded. Transport costs, both for the (original) shipment and for the return shipment, shall be borne by the customer.
- Returns of products with customised embroidery cannot be accepted.
- The returned product will be accepted as long as it is unused, with the original labels and in the original packaging.
- If the return is for a change in size/color/product of the same price, the new product will be sent, as long as the returned product is in its original condition.
Instructions for returning product:
- Send an email to info@tophats.es, with the following information:
- Order number
- Reasons for the return
- Attach a photograph of the product, where the reason for the return is clearly visible.
- The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the product.

Refund
The refund will be made as long as the product arrives in its original condition. As soon as we receive the returned product, its condition will be checked and, if necessary, the return/ refund will be initiated within 10 working days after receiving the returned product. The reimbursement will be made using the original means of payment, as long as the contrary has not been arranged.
