Returns

Returns will be accepted within 14 calendar days of the customer's receipt of the product. 100% of the cost of the product will be refunded as long as all products are returned. The transportation costs, both for the (original) shipment and for return shipping, will be borne by the customer. If the purchase is for one or more products (with free transportation) and/or the return is not the complete purchase, transportation of the original shipment will be charged at the time of refund.

Returns of products with customised embroidery cannot be accepted.
- The returned product will be accepted as long as it is unused, with the original labels and in the original packaging.
- If the return is for a change in size/color/product of the same price, the new product will be sent, as long as the returned product is in its original condition.
Instructions for returning product:
- Send an email to info@tophats.es, with the following information:
- Order number
- Reasons for the return
- Attach a photograph of the product, where the reason for the return is clearly visible.
- The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the product.

Refund
The refund will be made as long as the product arrives in its original condition. As soon as we receive the returned product, its condition will be checked and, if necessary, the return/ refund will be initiated within 10 working days after receiving the returned product. The reimbursement will be made using the original means of payment, as long as the contrary has not been arranged.
