Package transport

 If all the items you ordered are available today, you can expect to receive your order in 3-4 work days in Spain and 5-6 work days within EU from dispatch. Work days are those days from Monday to Friday, except festive days. Shipments may suffer delays outside the company (causes of force majeure, snowfall, accidents, etc.).

 

Each delivery requires a signature.

 

-We will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse), another with the tracking number (with a link to the courier's web page) and finally the courier will send you a text message or email to inform you of your delivery.

 When the recipient not be at home despite the service pre-alert SMS or e-mail that included this service, shall be made up to 2 attempts prior delivery agreed by sms-e-mail or phone.


Such concerted deliveries, if the recipient is in less than 50 km from one of our stores, it doesn't matter if it's morning or afternoon. 
If it is in more distance it will be in morning. In both cases will be within the delivery schedule (to consult with the Agency).

 

We define callbacks any shipping return to origin by order of our client after not getting to perform the delivery (no delivery ok)

We make shipments worldwide. If you can't order your purchase through the online store, contact the Top Hats offices (info@tophats.es) and they will solve the problem.

If there is a CUSTOMS payment, it is NOT included in the purchase price, so the BUYER will be responsible for making the payment upon receipt of the order.
